REGULATIONS Below, we have created a short set of regulations to outline the process of purchasing and using our value vouchers. Regulations for the Purchase and Use of Value Vouchers The voucher can be redeemed at a selected Malinowe Hotele chain property (Malinowy Zdrój, Malinowy Raj, Malinowy Dwór). You can use the voucher yourself or give it as a gift to a loved one. The voucher holder independently chooses the type of stay they will enjoy at the selected hotel. The value limit on the value voucher is expressed in Polish zlotys (PLN) and represents the maximum value of stay services that the Holder can purchase at the selected hotel based on the value voucher. The value voucher can be used for stay services provided by the selected hotel, in accordance with the current offer of the selected hotel. The voucher must be used in its entirety during a single stay at Malinowe Hotele. The voucher is issued after full payment has been credited to the bank account of Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. The voucher is sent by registered mail. Priority mail within 3 days of receiving full payment for the voucher. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. sends the voucher via Poczta Polska and has no influence on the delivery time of the voucher. Each voucher is recorded by assigning an individual number visible on the voucher. Vouchers contain information about the validity period. The voucher is valid for 6 months from the date of issue. Vouchers are single-use. The voucher specifies the amount that the Voucher Holder can use for selected services within the Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. chain. The payment received for the sale of the voucher is documented by an accounting note, sent to the Customer along with the voucher to confirm payment. Issuing a voucher does not constitute a sale subject to value added tax (VAT) within the meaning of the applicable provisions of the Value Added Tax Act. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o. o. is not responsible for a voucher that is lost or damaged after its transfer. Customer. Voucher purchases are not discounted for holding "Malinowy Raj" program cards. The voucher is non-refundable and non-exchangeable for cash. Voucher Usage Rules The holder of a value-based voucher (Customer or Recipient) is asked to contact the selected Malinowe Hotele hotel to make a reservation. The deadline for using the purchased voucher depends on the reservation made within the given period. The stay must be booked within the voucher's validity period. The voucher holder is obligated to pay the difference in price in cash or by card if the value of the accommodation provided exceeds the value of the presented voucher. Before checking in at the hotel to begin the stay, the voucher holder is obligated to return the original voucher to the hotel reception. The hotel does not redeem expired vouchers. Final Provisions By receiving the voucher, the customer and holder declare that they have read the Terms and Conditions, accept them in their entirety, and agree to abide by their terms and conditions. The Terms and Conditions are available on the website and in the hotel reception. Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. reserves the right to change the Regulations. Any changes are effective from the date of their introduction. The amended Regulations will be available for review at the reception of Malinowe Hotele Sp. z o.o. and on the website.
